Curatorship.

The curator must act in good faith, with care, and in the best interest of the person whom they act on behalf of;

The curator may, in some instances, be required

to give security for the fulfillment of his/her duties;

The curator, when in control of an estate,

must draw up an inventory of the assets;

The curator must avoid a conflict of

interest.

The curator must assist/represent the person in

juristic acts;

The curator must submit annual reports to the

Master of the Court;

The curator is entitled to remuneration for the

services, which is prescribed.
